Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Markable AB processes personal data when you use Bundla. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Swedish version at bundla.nu/integritetspolicy prevails.

Data controller

Markable AB (reg. no. 559476-3897) is the data controller for the processing of personal data in Bundla. Contact us at jakob.radback@markable.se if you have questions about how we handle your data.

What data we process

  • Account data: email address, possibly name, organisation membership and role (administrator or member).
  • Usage data: statistics about your usage, such as the number of bundles created and when, to count quota and operate the service.
  • Images you upload: the product images you upload are processed to create the finished bundle image.
  • Technical data: necessary cookies for login and aggregated, anonymised visitor statistics.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Providing the service (creating accounts, removing backgrounds and combining images, counting quota). Legal basis: performance of contract.
  • Operation, security and improvement of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Accounting and invoicing of business customers. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Uploaded images

Product images you upload are processed solely to deliver the service, i.e. to remove backgrounds and create the bundle image. Images are not kept longer than needed to perform and deliver the processing, and are never used to train models or for marketing.

Retention

Account data is processed for as long as your account is active. When an account is closed, the data is deleted or anonymised, except for what we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records kept for up to seven years under the Swedish Accounting Act.

Processors and recipients

To deliver the service we use the following data processors:

  • Hosting and operations provider.
  • Authentication and database provider, with data storage within the EU/EEA.
  • External image-processing service for automatic background removal.

Transfers to third countries

We aim to process personal data within the EU/EEA. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, it is done with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to request restriction of or object to the processing, and to receive your data (data portability). Contact us and we will help you.

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), the supervisory authority in Sweden.

Cookies

Bundla uses necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to make the service work. We also use aggregated, anonymised visitor statistics to understand how the site is used.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest update at the top.
